2 part question about FR catch can/transmission cooler

Ok first situation I installed full race catch can on 2016 3.5 xlt it works fine (I guess) install was simple I've triple checked all connections no leaks but it's throwing a 204something code. My sct resets it it stays off then comes back intermittently. Is it ok to drive it when that's going on? Second part is there a transmission cooler i can add to aid my oe one in keeping my transmission cooler than 210 when stuck on a bayway in heavy traffic? Thanks.

Not sure what your code was but I installed a UPR catch can and after install I noticed arrows on the tubing.. had to call to ensure I had all the arrows/tubes installed in the right direction.. thought I did but had a nagging feeling. All was ok, but if your getting idea post install and none prior that would be the first thing I checked.

This kit just has what looks like fuel hose that comes with it. I did save all the parts and didn't drill out the check valve it may be best to just put it all back in.

It's okay to drive, but the remote start won't work. The crankcase flow sensor is seeing more flow than it wants to. Call full race and let them know. When I called them about it they said they have not heard of this being an issue. If they don't know, they can't fix it.

The code won't go away. It'll come back every time. Mine always does within 30 miles.

    The code is p04db

You can tune it out, or live with it, or try swapping to another mfgr can and see if it still does it. Afe includes a reducer for the nipple on the inlet pipe to prevent this code with their "cai". I'm curious if the same thing can prevent the code with the catch can.

However, it's going to impede the low through the can system. Is it worth it?

Full race catch can doesn't use any valves at all.
