Snow in bed with roll up tonneau cover

Wife got me a TruXedo roll up tonneau cover. First trip with cover over bed and enclosed sled trailer driving through a storm, I noticed snow was leaking through and drifting/piling up corners of the tailgate and bed. Not sure if the snow is coming through the seal on the top of tailgate and the tonneau cover or the bottom of tailgate and bed.

Has anyone come across this? Thinking of installing weatherstriping on bottom rear face of bed so when the tailgate is closed I get a tight seal. Thoughts?

I too have the TruXedo roll up cover...and love it. I do not have issues with snow in the bed (I'm in SC), but when it rains hard, I do have some water seepage. Mine seems to come from the front of the bed, but it is not enough for me to worry about.

Call TruXedo, you have a lifetime warranty on the system.
They will send you a rubber gasket that goes to the front of the cab box and seals it better.
I've got the built in sliding rail system that I believe they discontinued, but man is it sweet!

It's commonly referred to as a "tailgate seal", and it's definitely a need if you want to keep dust and moisture from entering around the tailgate opening.
Obtaining one should cost you less than $30 and most of the cover manufacturers have one these days.

Here's an Amazon search with a pile of results:

To clarify, what you've provided here is the seal at the bulkhead (by the rear window), not at the tailgate. This part would have come with his cover.

Wrong-O.....this is what I meant in reference to any leakage near where the cab front box /cover meet.
Also my kit did not come with it back 3 years ago when I ordered it.
But TruXedo....has a lifetime warranty on their products obviously if your the original owner.
I called them and they sent one right out.
They also have this for the tailgate area.
