Welcome to F150Ecoboost.net , the premier Ford F150 Ecoboost Forum dedicated to all Ford F150 Ecoboost owners and enthusiasts.
While researching F150 Ecoboost trucks on the Internet I noticed there wasn't one solid source of information for these new Ford Trucks. Sure, there are plenty of great F150 Forums that covered every make and model, but when it came to the new twin turbo F150 there wasn't a "goto place" for the information I was looking for. A few months later I purchased my first Ford Truck, a 2012 Ford F150 FX4 with the 3.5 liter Ecoboost motor and F150Ecoboost.net was born! We aim to be a friendly, educational community dedicated to everything about the 2011-2019 F150 Ecoboost line of Ford Trucks.

Hey everyone, can't wait to share information with you guys. I bought my truck new in 2011. It is a four-wheel-drive super crew white platinum tri coat. It has it a bed rug, leveling kit, AFE intake, 170* thermostat a UPR catch can on the drivers side crank vent a MAK 3" stainless Y pipe, AEM v2 water meth Injection and MPT tunes. Plus a few other personal modifications.
I'm not a new owner, I'm just new to this forum. I bought my 2014 fx4 ecoboost back in November of 2014 after my Durango was about to die. Mines the electric blue with gray painted 20" wheels. I had always loved that color and unfortunately it wasn't really offered on many other vehicles. So when I had the chance to get what I really wanted, I took it. Mines a supercab and has the 6.5 ft bed. I can carry my kayaks or my atv with ease. Really glad I went with this truck, I don't think I'll ever go to another brand.
I have a 2013 f150 super crew ecoboost with 79,000 miles. Yesterday I was turning left with indicator on. After turning the indicator did not shut off. It would not shut off unless I help the selector switch in the right turn position. The right Turn indicator would not work. Any suggestions on what is wrong and how to fix.do not like simmons ford the management is not good, they try to charge for services not done.
We just picked up a 2017 Platinum with platinum White exterior & Bruenelo/Black interior..
We traded in our '15 lariat , the light gray/silver ingot color wore on me terribly !! Not a thing wrong with the 2.7 eco supercab, just the color.
Pretty expensive upgrade, but seeing what the people are paying for Raptor, I don't feel too bad.
Can really feel the added Torque & the 10 speed shifts smooth with very little lag ....
Guess I need to get around to changing my member I.D.
my 2014 lariat 3.5 ecoboost was built 11 / 13. i just bought it in july 2017. it has no driveability issues, but i n oticed the plasti shrhoud blocker on the top portion of the intercooler. so, i removed it. the engineering # on the label has " AD" . did i do the right thing? was the truck built with the shroud, or dealer placed sometime afterward ? and how can I tell if condensation is developing in the cooler? thanks....Dan.
Hello everyone, I just came over here from the PowerStroke forum. I guess you could say I downsized. I sold my lifted F-350 with a totally built 7.3L and bought a 2018 F-150 with the 3.5L EcoBoost and the 10 speed trans. What a difference!
Hi y'all, Bought my first 2018 F150 XLT 4X2 , 3.5 Eco-Boost with Max Tow Package on New Years day. Black with the Black-out package. Extremely happy with it. Needed to get a truck to pull my new travel trailer and this performs perfectly. LOVE the 10 speed transmission. Cannot believe the power this thing has. I had to trade in my 2017 Tacoma for this due to tongue weight issues. Should have bought this truck in the first place

Me too, but whenever I look at the lower section where the 2 rectangular bump-outs are, I keep thinking there is supposed to be something there. I'm told no, just for looks. But it's a perfect place for some extra lighting.
