    Hello all. Brand new to the site and buying my first Ford after 20 years of Chevys.

    2016 Lariat 502A 3.5 4X4
    MSRP = $59,750
    Dealer offering to sell for $50,595 plus TTL.

    Is that a GREAT price? Or just a reasonable deal? My goal was to get as close to $48k as possible.

    Thanks.

    They are advertising 2016's for $13,000 or more off MSRP around here. I think you can do better. I'd shop around every dealer within 100 miles and let them chase you. I got my XLT for $34,700 back in August. The sticker was $45,900, and they added a Rhino liner, full tint and all season mats for free.

    Do you know which dealer is advertising that in TX?

    Is it better to get a 2016 or 2017 at this time? I've never owned a F150 before so I'm not qualifying for the loyalty rebate. I'm looking at this 2017 XLT, what price should I go for?

    The Sunday paper has a full page ad offering $15,000 today on 2016's. You are going to get a much better deal on a 16. But that is a good price for a 17. I assume you are needing the 3.73's for towing heavier loads. My 16 has the trailer towing package, with 3.31's and is still rated to tow 7600 lbs, more than I will ever tow. And I get 25mpg on the highway with ease.

    Thanks Lambo. I checked the previous posters and found Friendly Ford outside of Houston that offer even better price:
    New 2017 Ford F-150 For Sale | Crosby TX | Vehicle VIN: 1FTEW1CP5HKC41376

    I don't need extra towing capability, that was just one of the car that the dealer showed. Not sure how much I can save on a 2016 since the $4000 loyalty rebate only valid for current F150 owner.

    Unless you are serious about towing, or plan on melting tires as quickly as possible, I'd look for a truck with the 3.31 rear end. Huge improvement in gas milage.

    I feel like I have negotiated a pretty good deal on a 2016 502A. MSRP = $58,940. Final price = $46,713 plus doc fee and TTL. I don't qualify for loyalty but I did get $500 off (included) for financing. About $12k off of the MSRP.

    Hello all, just curious if these deals you are all posting are purchase/finance offers or is anyone leasing? I am currently looking at trucks for a lease and wondering if anyone is getting these deals (I skimmed through this entire thread and the average discount off MSRP seems to be about 20%). Typically many manufacturer incentives are only for purchase/finance and do not apply to leases. However, I know Ford is currently offering $2,500 lease cash for the 2016 F150 and $1,000 for the 2017 year.

    Compared to other trucks Ford Credit offers average leasing rates in terms of residual value and APR but these reported sales prices are much more discounted than other brands (Silverado, Sierra). Thanks for any input.

    I didn't see any offers on leases I too was scouting a 2016 F150 Limited (MSRP 68000)with a dealer who arrived at 12k off MSRP in December. I didn't bite. Today, I saw they still have not sold the truck. Is 48K plus tax ttl too far a stretch even though its a 16 model? I need to make a final offer.
