I'm trying to get the important stuff added back in. Haha. I promise to whomever got upset that I won't be buying these 3.5 quad pumps for my 2.7 superbeast.

I've always thought it was kind of chitty when we run off certain folks because what they are posting borders on selling a product, but other folks can do it all day erryday.

Really really bothered me when the chap was here who was making some TB spacers with a few extra bungs at a very nice price and wondered if any of us would be interested. He got a cease and desist with the quickness. I get that rules are rules, but this was a small operation, and wasn't offering anything that was competition for other vendors. Even still, I stand by rules are rules, except they should apply to everyone.

The external driver you're remembering is what we'll have to build in order for ProEFI to control the D.I. system. Its on the horizon, but not quite coming to fruition yet. For now, I will be piggybacking ProEFI on top of the copperhead and running both systems to control the truck.

In the meantime I've built a harness that will let the stock ECU control all 4 pumps simultaneously and essentially treat it as one large pump. No need for individual control.

Maybe I'm the one in need of more coffee, if I misread all of this.
I logged into find my thread had been deleted and I had a PM from an admin telling me that I was reported by a certain forum member for advertising without a vendor license and that they'd like me to pay.

I was not advertising, laid it out, and the agreement we came to was that I change username and if I reach a point where I had a product to sell somebody that then we would revisit and I'd pay the site dues, which I think is fair.

    Sounds fair to me.

One question, if you are using a harness to group the HPFPs up together wouldn't you be able to tune just using an SCT or HP tuners without a piggyback. If it sees it as one single pump cant you just tune it as one?

Yes to tuning with HPTuners. There are other advantages to going Standlone. Failsafes, better ignition, different boost control strategies, RPM stability, ect.

That being said, I have been chatting with HPT and HPT may have the ability to get us into enough control of the stock ECU that its a viable option to keep. If that happens we'll be doing our tuning in-house.

Ooh finally a tuner in CO. Will you just do it for your stuff, or will you tune stock trucks as well?
