550 seems to be achievable with e50. The 5 star e50 tune makes 550hp/600tq on 17+ trucks. On their dyno stock reads 330/415 just to put how the dyno reads in perspective. Once my hub dyno finally shows up I’ll find out what kind of power my 17 can make on E85 with meth injection. Since I’m new to tuning the gen 2 on E85 I don’t know what MBT timing is so I’m stuck on street tuning till I get dyno in and can start ramping up tuning. Right now I’m only running 14-16 degrees timing at 18-20psi. I’m sure mbt is closer to 20 but who knows.

Good air and e50 I'm at 17* and 18psi average holding steady safe lambda .76

I don't think I'll have that issue with GTs, could be an important detail if looking into the 2018 snails. Although it looks like GH is making it work to 510+ and might have another 20 to go. Pretty crazy to me to get 500+ to the wheels with very minimal work

My mind is so scattered trying to recall all this stuff I've read. I'm too busy and shouldn't even be on here lol, sneak in for a quick mental break and am distracted and forced to think.
    Sorry, missed this!

I think the return system helps with consistency of fuel supply to the HPFP and keeps fuel circulating so the pump stays cooler. Ryan also helped me out with getting the in-tank pump sorted out. I'm running the high-pressure Walbro 450.

Only basing this on what I've read between the lines, but stock injectors wouldn't be much good past 675 at the crank. @RMB_Ryan or @mattr66 could probably provide a better number given they have the experience.

Don't know what 675 at the crank would be at the ground with 35's, but I am almost 100% sure I'd be a happy driver.

    I ain't gonna need injectors.

With dual fuel, I think you will have zero concerns.

I'm spinning 34.2" tires, so If I can hit 500whp, I'll be pretty darn happy.

If running on e85 only at that power level, gen 2 can get away with port injector upgrade only, but for real world octane tolerance on pump gas you will want to do most of the work with direct injection....

I would have to say that the only testing and innovation I have seen in the last year has been done by @mattr66 , Brewcityboost , 5star, and CR Performance

edit: forgot about Justin wheeler @ J2Fabrication

Genuinely curious, but what has Justin Wheeler done?

I guess Ryan doing Pistons, Rings, Cams, Rods, Heads and cylinder bracing to his specs is nothing then?

EDIT: and 4.2 Stroker Cranks, Billet 3.5 Cranks, Spec King Bearings....man it's a long list!

I do know he had the turbo manifolds, the intake, and he had the cams and extra fueling made. If I ever had an engine issue I would go see him since he is close. He builds a lot of mustang engines with some pretty high power so I would not hesitate to use him since he is in CO as well

Cool, I saw some mock-ups on here and Facebook, but never saw anything that made it onto a clients vehicle (I could be looking in the wrong places though or just missed it).

I didn't know he designed and manufactured: Pistons, Rings, Cams, Rods, Heads and cylinder bracing, crank and billet cranks.

I was under the impression that he got all of those from companies designed and manufactured them.

Did he invent the ecoboost as well?
