Difference in 2014 and 2019 Ecoboost

I bought a new 2014 in June of 2014 and got a tuner and several tunes from Eric at LET. I was really impressed with the difference a tune made in the performance of my new truck. Well I'm looking at trading for a new 2019 and it looks like the newer Ecoboost come with more HP and TQ then they did in 2014. How much is a new tune adding to the 2018's (since I assume there are no tunes available for the 2019's yet). If I remember the 2014 tunes were adding 30-35 HP and 85-90 ft. lbs. of TQ. Can anyone help me with this? I have not followed the forums.

    Thanks,
    Jerry

Hello. I'm Matt from www.ghtuning.com we get slightly better better power on the 2017 than the 16 and earlier but another 30-40 HP on the 18+ because they have bigger turbos than the 2017. The gen 2 gets superior fuel economy to the gen 1 once tuned however.... Attached is the highway economy of my fully loaded expedition max on the highway at 70-75 mph. Our shop f150 4x4 gets upwards of 27 MPG under the same conditions...

I can pull those numbers if I reset while cruising. When an ecoboost is in ECO mode it is a thing of glory.

Problem is I have to slow down and stop at some point.

Then it's time for the Ecoboost to switch to BOOST mode. Yaw know what I'm talking about. In fact I have one of those +40 HP versions. (thanks @mattr66)

Too bad final mpg is a blend of eco+boost

I end up at 17-17.5 mpgs with all the BOOSTing that is called for.

    No complaints, by the way.

With traffic? 2 wot blasts a day is a hard thing to believe man. You may tell yourself that, but trust me it’s not 2. That mileage is on what size tire and gearing, as well as is there a pump on it or fuel upgrades
