No oil treatment. I did have a rubber undercoating on most of the underbody but it flaked off within the first few years. Dealer I bought it from applied that stuff and idk what it was but it sucked. I moved 2000 miles away after buying the truck so I never went back to complain about it.

I have a 2016 Titan XD that will be getting a oil treatment before winter though. Hoping to get that truck to last longer.

Replacing one of my cab corners now. The dealership is putting POR on everything inside. I had them run the drain tube out the inside rocker. Im going to peel all my tape off both sides after this is all said and done and POR everything inside the rockers. I also now know where the double wall is in the cab corner, so i can drill my hole high enough to clear the double wall on the drivers side and get POR on both sides of the cab corner to stop any rusting. Hopfully i can get my hands on the drain tube and get it routed outside as well.

Also, i know you guys with 4 doors, the back cab corner/back piece of door is very slim. On my regular cab, it is wide. I wonder if water etc gets trapped in there easier?

    Yes.

My dad has a 2012 Screw as well with no sunroof. He has worse rot than I do.

The information I saw on that the lines barely make the hole. I would get some kind of connector that you can fit into the drain tube and then extend it out the hole completely.

reading over this, has anyone actually ( I know hard to think about ) drilled a small drain hole in the bottom underside of the corner so water just drains out?
I have 2014 SCREW with sunroof. I see currently nothing starting yet. I live in Ontario Canada so lots of road salt & moisture for sure. I have seen videos of people trying to re-route the sunroof rear drain tubes, spray RUST CHECK or FLUID FILM type of stuff in there, but what if there was a actual drain hole there? I mean when they do oil spraying they drill holes and cap them, but what if not capped, paint off the fresh drill metal then still spray a rust inhibitor in there. with this drain hole all water & moisture would just come right out now? just wondering if anyone has drilled.

There is a double wall. Make sure you drill more towards the outside of the truck if you want to have any chance getting anything to drain from the parts thats actually rusting.

so drilling right from the bottom straight up in will not clear this double wall?

No way of knowing which side of the double wall you are on.
