steam cleaning seats with seat heaters

Hey guys want to rent an upholstery cleaner to do my truck carpet and seats. Any issues with using it on the front seats that have the seat heaters? I'm guessing as long as I don't soak the seats enough that the solution gets to the heating coils i'd be good?

    Thanks in advance

All of the pads I've seen are in a plastic so the coils themselves are protected. This doesn't mean all of them are but I don't see why this wouldn't be safe.

What year and model? If they are leather seats they don't have coils, they use heated air to warm your ass.
