Good shocks will help with the porpusing effect and minimize it.

I get that, I was asking for the opinion and experience after the switch from the OP perspective. I have the heavy duty bilstein, but have not towed with them yet, but when I towed with the OEM I know how it felt. I will have to see for my self in a few weeks.... Coming from the diesel 2500HD, it was really soft...Just gathering opinions from the ones who have switched, cause they can differ, that all.

Shocks made a really big improvement with overall handling when towing. I’ve yet to get a longer trip with them but the 15 miles I’ve been hooked up this year it’s a much more solid feel. Tires are a huge improvement too.

We just jumped in the deep water and bought our 1st camper! I rented one like it last year and borrowed another one from a friend for a weekend - figured this was the next logical step. I've got my Firestone Ride Rite's on the way from Stage 3 (probably at my door now) and the Air Lift on board controller waiting to mount... Hope that will level it out a little, but it already rides great with the Equal-i-zer hitch. The EB power is unreal with my tunes from Unleashed - I wonder what stock would feel like... I still need to run it across the CAT scales for per axle weight and dialing it in
2013 Platinum, 285/65R20 BFG KO2's on 2015 20 in painted aluminum wheels, SCT X4 with Unleashed tunes (87, 91 Perf., 87, 91 Tow), Saikou Michi catch cans, K&N drop in filter, Fox 2.0 Coilovers, Fox 2.0 rear shocks, Firestone Ride Rite airbags with Airlift on board compressor, Rhino spray-in bedliner, and of course two new front IWE's

Hey Mutley29, nice set up. What size/model is your trailer, been lookin to upgrade to a Cougar 26RLS, 29.4" myself, but wasn't sure if it would be to long. Your combo looks good though.
