I guess it all depends on the usage. As long as they are leak free, and not used for continuous high speed off-roading, I'd say at least 60K.
On a truck as heavy as ours, I'll guess it might be more noticeable when they go south.
I've seen Tacos with over 150K that still have OEM Bilsteins and no issues.
13 SuperCrew Ruby Red 302A, 4x4 6.5 box, 3.31, Roush 22's. Twin catch cans, "leveled" with Bilsteins (-2 front, -3 rear), AirLift, SCT. Other's may have displacement on demand... I have an endless supply of torque at my right foot's demand.

Not a truck, but I had custom bilsteins with match 300lb/inch springs on my WRX and regularly rally crossed it (read beat the isht out of the suspension) and they were working like new after 130,000 miles when I said good by to mu subi. So in general bilsteiens can last a very long time even in fairly abusive situations. Given how cheap they are i may not be an option or worth it but the ones with the RCE suspension in the WRX could be sent in and rebuilt for $80/corner. But I never needed to.
