    also try simple as unhooking the battery over night. Let it relearn idle in morning for 10min and driving easy until coolant temp fully up for a bit.

    So cam sensor cold start is not misfire, that is cold start I am assuming lol and it cannot adjust desired? I would research that more, that could be related to the timing issues, especially with you having 12. Do you have the chain noise on cold start?
