EDIT: SOLUTION FOUND. Turbo wastegate actuators. Both where reading on gauge cracking pressure was 6-7 (should be 3-5 supposedly) Max open reading was 12-13 (should be 12-15 supposedly) New reads are cracking at 4-5, and open at 14. So, slight difference but that's what fixed my issue. Only by...
