Spare, seats, subs, amps, jack, loose stuff under the rear seat, in center console, and glove box, floor mats, bed liner. Experiment with lowering the tire pressure a bit for launches. Run it low on fuel (1/8-1/4 tank) and take full cans with you. Easily under 12.

Ya definitely, I’m pretty confident with a good launch, my better launches are under 1.79 and last nights 12.02 was a 1.85 launch. And slight uphill. I’m running tires at 30ish as it’s my daily. Didn’t see much change at 22psi. What is ideal psi?

Couldn't tell you what it would be on your vehicle. That's what testing is for.

Like my times to be as it sits daily commuting,,,,,,,,,

You know who you can roll or not that way.
My truck, stock power wise, 1/2 tank of fuel, all the daily commute stuff (probably a couple hundred pounds of stuff)went 5.6 0-60
