I just put a 2" puck level on my 2018 Lariat. The spacer actually measures 1.75" thick and it raised the front 1.75". I installed the exact same MotoFab spacers on my 2016 a few years back. My 2016 sat level, my 2018 still has a slight rake but it also has a max trailer tow package so maybe that's the difference. I never even aligned the 2016 and drove it that way for 107k miles with no issues. I probably won't bother aligning the 2018 either. Both trucks ride and drive just like stock afterwards. I did it by myself in my garage with hand tools. Took me about 3 hours because I worked slow and triple checked everything.

Before and after the front level...

A max tow 2018 will have a different leaf pack in the rear. The bumped the 2018 max tow to a 4050 lb rawr and stiffer springs which is probably the difference you are seeing.

Plus if you had a 2.7L before then the springs were even softer than a 3.5 i believe

Thoughts of removing the rear block, I did to erase the slight rake after installing a 2" front leveling kit.

As long as you never carry a real heavy load. Although... I put 2166 lbs in my bed the other day and it didn't squat down as much as I thought it would.

Great before and after pics. Never in a million years did I think I'd see a 2.7 in a half Ton.
Crazy the power they get out of these tiny v6's.
Thanks for the info.
