I smoked 2 mazda 6 "speed" editions at the track last month, they are the AWD turbo 2.3 units, smoked both of them. They were pretty pissed off, then I proceeded to beat 2 turbo junky civics and one 2013 Dodge Ram with every bolt-on besides forced induction.....the guy wouldnt even talk to me after the race.

What all is done to you truck that's pretty good

93 octane Tune, Airaid intake, BOV's ....I'm currently working on making a custom Cat-Back exhaust that exits pre-wheel then I will have to get another tune. The truck is 2wd, everyone hears the BOV's and look around for something else that would be making that noise...I like the sleeper look and sound and i hate to kill it with some loud exhaust....but for the sake of more pawr stock must be sacraficed!

Nice that's awesome. Yeah the Speed 6 are quick.

No, they're really not. I had a Mazda6 V6 manual and a Mazdaspeed6. Way too much drivetrain loss and heavy. Quick for a sedan, but not Ecoboost quick.

FWD Mazdaspeed3 I would consider quick.

I did forget to metion both these cars had a step bigger turbo intercooler, tune, basically strait downpipe and not exhaust, & a 2 step. I was sure I was going to get rolled but the truck gods shined upon me that evening

You will be fine. Foot brake it to about 2-2200. SSi tuned. Kings of the track. 13.21 @ 101.08

2000 rpm 4 hi traction off

Front diff did not like that
