Soo not happy right now. 200 miles and my touchscreen wont respond to um... touches. No heated seats and it's been cold as ****! They had to order me a whole new unit on thursday. If it isn't in by monday Imma freakout!

Wonder if they disconnected the battery and then reconnected to see if that fixes it. You never know.

I was test driving a RAM for fun at the auto show. The entire touchscreen died in their demo vehicle, wouldn't even turn on to showcase the backup camera!!! Hehe

They have had lots of problems with the my touch version of sync.

SYNC fixed.. steering wheel ruined.

So I picked up my truck yesterday, happy to have my new deck. I drove down the street and made a u-turn. As the wheel was sliding through my hands I felt something not so smooth. I stopped and looked at my steering wheel and the bottom 1/4 of the wheel is gashed up. Went back to my advisor and I have a new wheel on order. So I've had my brand new truck for 500 miles and I've had my radio go out and my service tech destroy my steering wheel. I tried to take a pic, it's like this on the bottom portion of the wheel.
