While changing the plugs on my 2011 3.5L EB, I noticed a couple of wires are nearly broken, possibly chewed!
It looks like a green/yellow and a black wire going into that connector.
Can someone tell me what these are?

Wastegate Solenoid?

That is in fact the wastegate solenoid.

To be safe I would fix it. Simple splice and solder.
