My AC/Heater is turned off and yet I still get air coming through my cabin vents?

My recirculation button ( part of my climate control) is turned off as well, and I checked the radiator cooling fan, it's not running in the background, nor is my coolant system overheating, all gauges read normal.

This mystery air doesn't blow strong/or seem pushed...

I can however put my fingers across the cabin climate air vents and feel the air coming through.

sometimes it's warm air and sometimes it's normal temperature air...

but in 10 minutes of driving I will need to roll down my windows to cool the interior cabin off or I will have to turn on the AC to cool the interior cabin off.

Any thoughts on how this is happening and how to fix this issue?

Recirculation is off as in not lit? If that is the case you're getting outside air.

If it is lit then you may still be getting some outside air due to the seal not being tight around the door that closes off the outside air.
