It has a clean carfax with no incidents. The Bumper is chrome. The dash switch doesn't pull out like it even had fog lights..
I was thinking about looking into the fuses and see what they say.

Edit: It's actually not a carfax I guess. It's an AutoCheck from experian

Must be the case. I've had a hunch that it was anyways. The speedometer is lined up weird, it has a block heater, and daytime running lights. I've never really looked into much to check tho

Why not decode the VIN to show production location and oem equipment at build?

Vin says Dearborn, Michigan. It does have a Canadian sticker.

Here's a pic of the front end. You'll have to excuse the dirt, it's been raining here.

Seen a few of these at rental companies. I think, but not sure that they may be fleet order XLT's. All XLT's I see at dealer's lots and 99% on the road have fog lamps.
Punch in your vin here for detailed info on your truck. https://www.etis.ford.com/vehicleRegSelector.do

Looks like a fleet. But you can easily add fog lights to your front end, wayy better lights than stock too. Or put a light bar in front of your radiator, behind the grill - hoping to do that myself eventually.
