2014 Ecoboost Turbo Replacement Parts list

Hi there, new to the forum (just introduced myself in the intro forum).
My truck was at the dealership and it turns out I have a coolant leak at both turbos and some oil leaks at the vacuum pump and timing cover. The dealership wants an arm and a leg to do the work and a buddy and I are mechanically inclined so we are going to tackle all the work ourselves.
My truck has 130K on it so while I’m replacing the seals, I plan to replace also the turbos, gaskets, bolts and exhaust manifolds.
I’ve been searching the forums but can’t find a good list of the parts I need to order to ensure I dont miss anything while I have it apart.

My Ask: Is there a good list of the gaskets, seals and part numbers I need to ensure I’m able to replace all the potential leak points and failure points?
Lastly, I was looking at the BP manifolds but it seems the updated OE version may have addressed the failure point. Is that accurate and if so, what is the updated part #?

Many thanks!

It's a fun job. You're gonna love it! I wasn't able to remove the studs on the exhaust side of it so when I turned in the turbocharger core I had to order a new cat adapter (the donut-shaped part), new studs, nuts, and had to to make new spacers out of some 3/4" heavy wall tubing.

The part I can't figure out is, what's the COPPER WASHER for?. The 2011-12 kits all include the 3 bolt exhaust manifold gasket, the paper replacement gasket for the oil cooler lines on the bottom, and 2 of those copper crush washer-style pieces. I called 2 turbo suppliers. One didn't know, the other didn't call back.

Both sides have a filter… the originals (on my 2011) were round, had to pull the oil line, remove with a large allen. If I recall correctly, one or both of the new ones were hex head… I don’t remember those copper washers. Doesn’t mean I didn’t handle rjem though. I did manifolds, turbos and timing all in one shot. The parts were many! Spread out they covered the floor of my office

The best video I can find, specifically about the turbo oil cooler line fitting & filter.

That washer looks like it fits inside the oil line gasket. But that’s just a thought.
It's larger than the return line, larger than the gasket opening, and there are 2 of them. I didn't remove any part like that when I took off the turbo. Looks like I'll wait until I have a callback from Full Race tomorrow.

Looks like both replacements were hex head View attachment 193899

I'm going to re-remove the P-side oil line, (& the ac compressor) tomorrow. See if I can get a small vice grip around that round fitting. The picture I posted of the new hex head/filter is supposed to fit the P-side, so if it matches up with round head, and the filter looks the same, then the hex head will work. Picture tomorrow of either the parts replaced, or the truck being towed to the dealer 🤔
