One thing I will note is that I don't know how healthy this motor really is. I haven't had a chance to do a leak-down test.

But, this will be my baseline.
- OEM+ (GT) Turbo's
- Full Race Intercooler
- Ported OEM manifolds
- SPD Turbo Adaptors
- 91 "daily" tune

Here are two runs at the same Dyno, but without the Full Race Intercooler (everything is exactly the same)

So you can see the importance of keeping your intake temps down!

I ended up getting an amazing deal on a set of 305/65/18 KO2’s. They were literally were like brand new.

I figured it was a good buy and I would just sit on them till a good deal on a set of wheels came up. I ended up ordering a set of Methods from 4wheel parts for 20% off.

To save a few bucks, I mounted the tires on the rims myself with balancing beads.

I should be able to sell my Raptor wheels and Ridge Grapplers for enough that this new combo should only cost about $100.

Also installed a set of Rokbloks mud flaps.

I’m pretty happy with how it turned out.

What are your thoughts on the tires. I’m between those two tires myself. K02’s are classic. Look perfect.
I’ve heard the ride on the ridge grapplers is pretty nice though.

On this truck, the Ridge Grapplers ride considerably better. but honestly, I would put that on the "E" load rating and extra ply's in the sidewalls.

I've put considerable seat time in with both tires and think overall they are pretty darn close for most folks. If you don't have snow to content with, I would choose the Grapplers.

The KO2's throw stones like crazy on gravel road, where the Ridge Grapplers don't seem to do it that bad at all. I prefer the traction in snow and mud with the KO2's. Ridge Grapplers seem to wear better and do seem (IMO) to provide better traction on dry logging roads and dirt trails.

Both are great tires, I don't think you could go wrong with either. The Ridge Grapplers are not as common and have a more modern look and tread pattern.

Yeah I’d be doing 95% city driving. The modern look is actually the main thing that I don’t know how I feel about on the ridge Grapplers. K02’s just look right.

I gotta say, if you want some nice clean looking mud-flaps, these RokBloks are pretty sweet. they mount pretty slick and have good adjust-ability.

Better coverage than gator flaps that came off.

Alright Mr. Brown. The garage is close enough to get started. Tomorrow is some last bits of painting and then washing up the truck before I tear into it.

Tore down the dividing wall Added a fold down work Bench, solid work bench, painted ceiling and walls off-white, put up rack wall, LED 4ft wrap around lights, replaced Sink and wall cabinets. Took a solid week to get to this point.

Now I feel like I can make use of the space!
