I started out with a new 2014 FX4 Screw luxury pack in Blue flame. 7200# GVW, 3:55's. Pretty much all options other than Max tow and Apperance pack. Built in November of 2014 and I bought it March of 2015.

Bought the truck from family that work at a dealer, great deal as I was able to get it for less than used. Downside is it was 600miles away. Thankfully, my Uncle delivered it for me.

I had them put 3M on the bumper and do a Spray in liner. They did a great job with both.

Day I got it.

I already had a 2" AS level for it that I put in a couple of days later

After

The kit came with a 3" rear block, but I figured it would put too much rake back in for my taste.
on level ground, it measures perfectly level. I would have liked a bit of rake, but I address that later on...much later.

Picked up new air filters for the AFE intake today and ordered up PowerStop rotors.

Hoping to make use of the Holiday on Monday to get some stuff installed (Winch and fox 2.0's).

I hope everyone gets to enjoy the long weekend!

Well crap... I went to install the winch and was pretty much all set and then found out I couldn’t mount one of the charge pipes on the CAC. The BOV hits the winch mount plate. I’ll have to reach out to Full Race and see what they think. It’s the mount they recommend, but they may have used the turbosmart BOV that is a bit smaller.

Full Race is sending me out a modified elbow to work with the winch mount and the Tial BOV. Looks like they didn't test fit the CAC with the Tial or eBOV elbows to checlk for fitment. So if anyone else is looking at doing this, go with the Turbosmart BOV.

Decided to take some time off next week to get some stuff done on the truck. I will get some pictures up of all the goodies going in. Full Race CAC elbow and BuiltRightIndustries Bed Rack system should be here by Friday.

I also went and picked up the Power Stop rotors I ordered a while ago and also grabbed a mount and handle holder for the Hi-Lift Jack.

So it may be a bit ambitious, but the goal would be to:
- Install the winch
- Install the Fox 2.0's
- Get an alignment
- Modify bed rack so I can access my 12v/5v outlets
- Install bed rack system
- Mount Jack, Fire Extinguisher, Axe, Hatchet, Sawzall, First Aid Kit and RotoPax Gas can on racks.

Ordered up a set of "raptor" grill lights, thanks @rbrown for the info.

Thanks to a clearance sale at a online store, I ended up ordering up everything I need to get a rack installed above the bed. This would be to mount the Roof top tent on top of or bike racks, cargo basket, etc. All Yakima stuff, so should be plenty strong enough for what I need. I doubt I'll see these parts by next week, but fingers crossed.

Also grabbed some Penzoil Platinum to get a oil change done too while I'm at it next week.

I was able to get the winch in tonight. It was a bit of a fight to get the couplers back on the CAC and the winch was a bit larger than the WARN that Full Race used. I had to space up the CAC bracket to clear the free spool lever.

The control box will need some more attention for a proper mount, for now it’s safe and out of the way.

I was able to get three of the bed panels installed and the two rear seat latches. I have to modify the one panel so I can still access the PowerPoint. The panels aren’t as big as I had pictured in my head, so we’ll see how much of my gear actually gets mounted to them.

Bed rack system to mount to the rails showed up today. Took the day off tomorrow, so hope to get that installed. I'll also try to get the one bed panel modified and installed. Then I'll start mocking up the tool locations so I can get as much mounted on the panels as possible.

If I took a day off when new parts showed up... I'd lose my job.

Wait, I'm self-employed! ;)

I was able to wrap up the install today. It was a royal pain to get the plastic bed rail caps off! I also had to remove the Tonnaeu, which is pretty easy.

Drilled, painted (to help prevent rust) and then installed the nut rivets. Then it was just popping the covers back on and bolting the tracks down.

Currently running without the cross bars.

I also was able to get the Starky “Raptor” front lights in. Great kit that’s very well made. I did end up cutting back the ground wire to route it better. Looks great and it may not look like it in the pic, but the colour is bang on.
