If you are going to go through the time and expense of regearing both pumpkins then go with the 4:88's. Nothing worse than regearing with a compromise ratio and wishing you had gone lower. You can always go to bigger tires if too low.
Lifts and tires and off-roading can be a slippery slope (pun intended). The next thing you know, once you start breaking things, you'll be swapping in 3/4 ton solid axles with 8 lug wheels and going to 5:13's. Have fun!

So another question I have and will probably play a big factor into which gears I go with is what classifies a "heavy 37"?
That's a trick question, they all are! My 35s with the wheel weigh in at about 120lbs, the stock raptor 35s and rims weigh like 96lbs per wheel end, when I asked the question you did, I decided my tires are heavy, lol. I would almost guarantee yours are heavier. Same tire, yours are just 2" taller
