Does anyone know of a way to upgrade the reverse light, so they are brighter? I ordered what I thought were some LEDs bulb replacements that would fit until I went to install them and noticed there doesn't appear to be a bulb in the taillight for the reverse. Only the brake lights are bulbs, and the reverse is some sort of light box.

Our forum sponsor Diode Dynamics makes a beautiful kit. One bright led that goes into the hitch receiver and plugs into the factory 7 wire connection with a jumper connection. That would be the way to go.

The led reverse lights on my basic XLT are as good as any aftermarket ones I've swapped into other things so if yours are the same you are best to add on extra as mentioned.
