I believe it is the auxiliary transmission fluid pump?
If it cleared on its own, and the pump is functioning, you shouldn't have an issue driving the truck. If the pump is on the way out, even if it fails to pump enough pressure, you can work around it by driving the truck in Tow-Haul mode until you can get it to the dealership for it to be replaced.
Tow Haul mode keeps the ICE running, therefore the electric auxiliary pump is not in play. The auxiliary pump's job is to take over for the gear driven main pump if/when the Powerboost is in EV mode or at a stop.
You'll know if the auxiliary pump actually fails because the truck can lurch/jump forward, like you got rear-ended, when you are sitting at a red-light with your foot on the brake and the engine is off. It'll scare the crap out of you if it's violent enough.
Ford had a bad batch of auxiliary pumps in the 2022 model run.
