I dont know the exchange rates but it doesn't seem too far off, I think $2k stateside is about average if you include the parts in that.
It's not a cab off repair, but you have to remove the wheel well liners, and remove the turbos which require a new install kit for all the coolant connections and gaskets going back on, none of that is reusable. Then when you get to the manifold it's a pretty high likelihood of a broken stud that needs to be extracted. Just make sure when you do the repair that you use an upgraded manifold set that uses additional stud holes, that the big flaw in the design and half the guys here have dealt with it before.
