I have a 2018 RWD 3.5 ecoboost 10 spd looking to get a 32' tire. Was wondering if I might have to regear or not considering performance, mpg etc. Also will probably level the truck. I understand adding this stuff mpg will take some what of a hit but will it be because of my 3.55 gear?
Not sure what wheels you have, but trucks with 20” wheels come with a 275/55r20 which is a 32” tire. You shouldn’t notice a huge impact depending on what type of tire you are looking at. If it were me looking for a 32” tire, I would stick with something P rated for the weight savings over an LT.

50lbs per tire is not that large of a weight increase over OEM. You may lose 1-2MPG, but won’t notice a significant difference in power IMO. For what it’s worth, my last truck was a 2014 Gen 1 3.5 with 6 speed trans and 3.31 gears running 70lb 285/55r22 Nitto Trail Grapplers. I could get around 16-17 MPG highway depending on speed. Stock tires, I could get around 21mpg Highway.
I was extremely impressed with how the 10 speed handles bigger tires, I think that’s my saving grace when running 35 inch(load rating F) tires, I was expecting much more of a power hit off the line and a much greater loss in MPG‘s, seems like this 10 speed is a perfect match for bigger tires. Both of the toyo at3's im considering one is an E rated tire (275/70/18) and the other is a C rated tire (275/65/18) and both weigh around the same 50 pounds how does that even make sense? The E rated tire is even a 33 compared to the 32 inch C tire
I am running 275/70-18 (E rated Cooper AT3) on the 6 speed transmission with 3.31 gears and I have no issues, even when towing. At the track, in 4wd, I can still get 1.90 sixty foot times. The 10 speed won't have nay issues with this tire.especially with a 3.55 rear end.
My '13 SCrew 4 x 4 came with 275/65 R 18s which are basically 32s. Had 3.5 Ecoboost & 355 gears. Plenty of power with this setup and good fuel economy. It also had a 6-Speed. Towed a 6000 lb. boat often with no issues. Currently has E rated KO2's on it.
There is a formula using the original tire size and gear ratio and then the new desired tire size to see if your gear ratio needs to be adjusted. Buuuut, I don’t remember exactly what it is.... 😳😬
For a 3.55 gear ratio truck, i use and recommend the continental terraincontact AT. this is an outstanding tire in 32" and 33" size, very lightweight and excellent road manners in all conditions. i dont know or like anyone or anything else about continental, its just a really good street tire in this size range
Kinda going in a different direction with this but if im leveling my truck I might want to gain a little rake back with the level should I go with the aal or block? I dont tow too much but I dont want my back slouching down whenever I add weight back there if I add a block.

That’s exactly what I did with my old 2013, I leveled the front with Bilsteins Then I replaced the rear blocks with 3 inch rear blocks. It turned out perfect for my needs, I also hauled stuff in the bed a lot in that truck along with some towing here and there. The tires in this picture were just under 35 inch, also had 3.31 gears in this truck, 3.5 ecoboost
