I get that lol, at first i wasnt having an issue until i drove about 100-150 miles then itll trip a code. Idk what cell count spd uses for there cats. But what your going to build is pretty darn cool, brings me back to my marine exhaust building days

Had to order some straight tuning, so I won't have pictures until Sunday, but I can get the cats welded on and the curves of the loop made up. Stay tuned 😁

Got a lot done tonight, but I need to figure out which way to route the loop. IIRC, there is enough room to point it upwards for ground clearance 🤔

Normally I don't bother, but I did this time.

Its always good to purge the exhaust keeps it from rotting on the inside

Straight tubing came in but I didn't do any welding today. Gotta do some layout plotting.

AFE loops theirs downwards, before the cat, if no one's looked into those yet.

That's certainly easier than making my own as seen above 🤣. Someone here was wanting me to make some for a 2.7 though.

On that subject, what O2 sensor extensions do you guys use, if you are allowed to answer that.

That was me lol. I think if you made a “raptor” set of downpipes for the 2.7 you’d be a wealthy man. Or at least there would be many people who would purchase them, myself included.
