Easy to fix this and I plan on doing the following:
Drill hole and tap it
Thread in a 12v dc selanoid
Wire it so it is closed when the truck is running, perhaps from the lighting circut
It will remain closed while driving and open when you park and turn the vehicle off to drain overnight
DONE

Really no purpose to that. You're still spraying that crap out on your driveway.

Just drill the hole, and don't reinvent the wheel.

You want the pressure to push the crap out. my guess it is may not drain that well on its own.

I did the math on the amount of air that leaks through a 1/32" hole at 18 psi and it was like 1/10 of 1% of the total airflow the engine consumes. Its white noise as far as the turbos and engine are concerned.
