Some of those guys over there are clueless, lol. A Philips #2 works just fine, I do it daily. and its clockwise to lower if you raised your front.

Im thinking when I do a 1" level this might not be necessary..??.. Good info though, thanks for posting.

any lift will make it necessary, not hard to do, before you do your lift, mark your main beams on your garage door and then adjust them to that after install.
