What a day for problems.Picked up brother-in-laws trailer to haul TV's for our Boy scout troop recycling and the light plug was worn half off. Had to fix it before pulling it. Then tonight me and the missus went shopping and on the way home getting on the freeway and stepped down on it to get up to speed and it threw the dreaded wrench light. My code reader said it was a throttle sensor stuck open. So now it sits at Ford waiting for Monday. So the question is what am I looking at for repairs?>

I'd go with a new throttle sensor. Not knowing anything else about your truck limits us to a better answer.

agree with Scott above
Sounds like a throttle body assembly. Others will chime in for sure
