Thoughts on the gains they claim? 8-12RWHP is what they state. Do you think the claim is realistic?

I've got intake and cat back 4" do you think this would help anything at all.... oh and dont start on the intake does nothing... I know it's very minimal... I'm asking about the TB.

I've got one, nothing noticable on the butt dyno for sure. might show up on actual dyno or maybe at the track with .05 off or something. last bolt on to do IMHO, save up for intercooler before this one.

Yeah I was doing some math and looking at other vehicles running turbo applications and I think you might want a bigger throttle body at 800+hp

However we are not there. yet...

I guess if one is out of warranty and the stock TB fails, as 1 member's Expedition did, then this might be a better way to go than Ford OEM TB.... lol I dunno. Now if it were an 80mm TB there might be more potential, but the limiting factor for us is the intake diameter of the intake manifold. Kinda wish there was an aluminum intake manifold instead of this ugly, yet functional, composite thing. Does anyone know how wide our TB plate opens at WOT and if it partly closes at higher rpms? With my Altima SER we used tunes made for the 350Z from Technosquare to get around this built in "detuning" from Nissan. Our TB plate is stock for actually started to close a lil up top causing the car to feel flat on its face. Still dont understand why this motor wasnt engineered with dual TBs like some other TT factory setups. (Mind is running a million miles a minute for some reason)

Might want to check throttle position in relation to what the TPS is sensing and see if its the same. I believe some of the GT 500's did something similar and they found a good pick up in top end once they fully opened the TB with a SCT tune and corrected the a/f ratio's
