The BBK is 73mm. I have it installed on our project truck and like it. We got 17 Peak HP out of the BBK throttle body and Afe charge pipe.

No "Custom" tune required, but it does require an aftermarket tune like an edge or the sct. I see you are running the Livernois tune, you may want to ask them, but Ill bet they say its okay.

No problem, we sell alot of these Throttle bodies. Everyone seems happy with them.
