Has anyone made a boost leak tester for our trucks? If so what does it look like and where did you install it for testing?
I made one for my old 2nd gen Cummins and I would install it over my turbo and pressurize the system to about 30psi. Spray everything that saw boost with soapy water and look for bubbles. Was able to find all boost leaks that way.
With these being twin turbo and hard to get to I don't see that method of installing it over the turbo to be an option. Any suggestions?

Depending on your intercooler just pressurize the charge pipe leaving the intercooler with an air fitting and regular, affixed through the center of a PVC cap
