2017 F150 3.5 ecoboost, 116000 miles. Cam phasers again. Replaced at 31,000 miles, 72,000 miles (New style phasers, timing chain and guides, water pump). Noise is back at 116,000 miles. would an oil additive help.

Got the truck back and no rattle!! It's the quietest it's been for a long time. Now I feel comfortable putting the camper on and heading out for a long trip. Hopefully this is the last time I have to do this until I'm over 200K miles.
