I have had the drain valve clog on my RX can before and stuffed a small screw driver in to break things up which worked. I have noticed that I have been getting a lot more of the semi clear fluid and less of the heavy stuff lately as well. Its gone from being very cold to 40's and 50's here so thats what I assumed it was.

I do try to empty it right after I drive the truck and it is fully up to temp. I figured even if it wasnt frozen it will at least be thinner since its hot and come out easier
