ok after a few months of working on stuff I am back to truck and I took catch can off and cleared code engine light comes back on
@3.5ecomike
Have you fixed this yet? I did the exact same thing on my 2017 and have tried every wiring combo but keep throwing the code. I change the wires, reset CEL, start it(no code), drive it and code comes back. Before I put my new sensor on I want to make sure I have the wiring correct so I don’t wreck the new one.

So I did the same thing as you and wired it back IAW the picture and wiring diagram in this thread and now I have a P051B code. I have a 2017 3.5. I saw another post which showed the wiring order as yellow/green, Green/brown, yellow from left to right. Thoughts? Thanks.

See post 2 in this thread.
This does not help. I can read a line drawing but dies not help as the plug holes are not labeled. The picture of the plug in the manual does not help either as that’s not for an F150. I need to know the order plugged into the physical sensor. From left to right I need to know if the order is:
(Y, Y/g, G/v) or (Y/g, Y, G/v)

I think its my wires going into pigtal I see lots of this sensor, I cant believe it would be bad again, but maybe it was not to begin with .. I yanked those small wires out a couple of times, they were bent over pretty good when I got the truck, there is not much wire to cut and solder back together or I guess I could add some wire in the cut.. anybody have some advise on that issue thanks ..

So last night I took pig out and tried to secure wires better, put back in sensor, and cleared codes, went to start truck & now a wrench symbol on dash I just shut it off did not look to see what code it was throwing now, as I hopefully will get my new pigtail today from dealer, and I will try to get it put on this weekend, and see if it works..

I picked up new pig tail not yet put on I played with wires in orginal one just to see if I can stop engine light from coming on, and I was not able to, I am scratching my head on the pictures I have form earlier post on wiring colors, I dont even know if I have them right, the picture that was posted with plug is diff year but I would think they should be the same ?? then you look at the pig tail 1 should be yellow, and 2 should be ye,gr and 3 should be gn,vt so when I have it plugged into sensor the yellow should be first one on top left to right ? I get a engine light with the key on dont even have to run the engine, I will start it and engine light right away for code po51b ... or when looking at plug when in sensor should yellow be on the far right then go left from there no one ever showed a picture of the plug off a 2019 ecoboost 3.5? once I threw 2 codes po68a came up also.. I checked the pcm relay with electrician at work it appears good ..
