Ok. Let’s start fresh. You have a new pigtail, right? It is to connect to the sensor, right?
Please post a few photos of the wires in the truck and the pigtail that you bought. We will go from there…

when you look at post #2 diagram doesnt make sense as where it goes on post #10 it shows #3 wire in the middle but I dont know how to read that ? post #2 shows it going from 1 23 downward which hooked up would be left to right on top ?

the replacement pig tail from part number I got from ford which is the same as anywhere the 3 wires are all green..

All I can find in my wiring diagrams for 2018 - 2019 Work shop manual wiring diagrams is that the Crankcase pressure sensor wiring seems to match your crankcase position sensor wires.
The Pressure sensor connector is in the lower half by the blue star. The wires are as seen coming out the back.
Perhaps the Green-Violet looks Green-brown.

No problem I get out of work soon to hopefully someone will post a pic there are millions of these trucks..

When in doubt ohm out through the factory harness. Or use a multimeter to confirm which wire is which.

owns 2017 Ford F-150 Lariat
I did not. Probably just gonna replace the harness. Do you happen to know which one it is? I see many harnesses listed and am afraid I’m gonna end up with the wrong one
Calling you local Ford parts, or one of the bigger online Ford Parts retailers like Fairway Ford helps. They can use your VIN to ensure you’re getting the right harness. You just need to be specific in that the harness you’re looking for has the Crankshaft sensor or whatever on it.
This is a lot easier than looking at wiring diagrams or the not so specific listings online.
They’re really very helpful. Selling you the right parts is their job…
