I took my truck in due to a rattle on cold starts. Dealer is replacing the cam phasers under warranty. They are also recommending that I get a tune up ($450) and a fuel induction service ($235) performed. Does this sound like work that would be necessary after the cam phasers going bad? Thank you for any advice you can offer.

Change all the fluids, toss a new set of Motorcraft plugs in and clean the 3 MAP sensors...done. If you are a mechanic of any sort these items shoukd only take you a day and maybe a 6 pack of cold ones.
Not worth paying $450 to me.
