Has anyone removed the muffler and installed straight dual exhaust pipes from the cat back. Any effect to the computer or engine?

I haven't heard it yet, I bought the Borla S type, AFE oiled CAI, AFE blade runner charge pipe, ATP dual stage intercooler and tuned it with a SCT tuner, my brother installed everything for me, I'm in brazil and wont be back to Florida until next week. I'll try posting a video next week when I return home. I went with Borla because I installed one on my '98 Z28, great sound coupled with great performance.
