Speaking of bow fishing one of my co owners was world champing a
few years back. In 2011 Butch and two others shot 20 fish
with a total weight of 882.4 lbs in la.
That is a lot of carp, or should I say Filet 'O Fish from McDonalds.... ;)

went fishing this weekend and had a bit of luck. Caught 2 Pike over 30", biggest fish I have caught. The largemouth my buddy caught was 22" and was 4 lbs 15 oz. Very nice fish. It was one of my top 5 fishing trips.

My most favorite day of fishing was on Lake Monticello in east Texas. It was a very cloudy, overcast day (late November) and the top-water frog bite was non-stop from dawn to dusk. We fished in the lily pads from 6:30 in the morning until 8:00 that night and caught fish all day. I was grinning from ear to ear, to the point that my face was hurting. My hands were so worn out that I could hardly fight the fish towards the end of the day. The explosions when the bass would take the frog were insane. Top-water frog fishing for largemouth bass is quite probably my most favorite hobby on this planet!

Two from the day mentioned above:

I can't believe how chubby I was - I've lost 30 pounds since this!

A few random fishing pics:

With the humungous amount of rain we're had in Oklahoma and Texas the Red River is out of its banks and has the bottoms flooded. Just before they closed the highway 259 bridge across the Red River a couple of local guys went down and caught a huge catfish about 45 lbs.

Thought you might have caught the Largemouth out of Lake Fork.
