Has anyone changed their fog lights to something that is a closer color match without an HID kit. I have nothing against going with HID fog light I am just curious if anyone has done anything different for appearances before I hack away at my stock wiring.

What kind of hids do you buy? Most are plug in play. Maybe have to wire in a resistor. Easy.

2x 15 SAMSUNG High Power 2835 SMD LED 9005 HB3 9145 H10 Light bulb 15W white

Plug and play. Color matches the HD white perfectly.

Not to sure what kind it was. I bought one in 05 for my vette and it was a pain in the rear. Sold that car and the next one had HIDs so there was no need to worry. Not sure if kits have gotten better or I had a bad one but just wanted to avoid that headache again
