Well,
Been piecing together everything I want now that I can.

I have, ready to install -
Stainless works downpipes
CRP manifolds
RX catch can (been debating this one)

Have installed in the past few months -
Wagner intercooler (still waiting to find a full race setup)
RCI Skid Plates (the front piece ended up having to stay off since it doesnt fit with the Wagner)
XS Power charge pipe
Full race hot pipes
Full race intake
Full race radiator

And what do ya kno'
Exhaust leak on the passenger side has made itself both audible and visible, so add that to the vacuum pump oil leak, as well as the valve cover gasket itself.
But, hey, I'm 100miles from hitting 140k miles.

So next weekend is going to be a long one for me.
Gonna swap it all out.
And the only reason I'm not doing turbos at the moment is because I don't have that kind of cash at the moment, but if someone would like to donate some, I'd definitely be thankful :D

Well my manifold replacement and downpipe install went... ok.

Required two different torque wrenches for the appropriate values; having professional mechanic friends definitely helps on memorial day weekend when you need to raid their tool cart for the select tools you now absolutely know you need to borrow.

Being quite mechanically inclined definitely helped for doing it in my carport.
I would have hated my life if I had had to have done any bit of that job without cement below me and a roof above me.
But a 2 post lift would have made it sooooo much easier.!

But here we are now, made sure no leaks and uploaded the canned tune from my Livewire.

Just now ordered my @Boostking tune though...

Now I'm truly excited!

I want a true 3" exhaust, but I also like not having a visible exhaust tip.
So, to me, paying for a pre-built system only to cut the tip off was out of the question, plus I really didnt like the sound from basically any of the options, especially for their respective prices.

So I searched to find what had been tried on these trucka and ran across this thread
(Page 21 has the exhaust clips)
So here's the picture update




Probably be another week or so before I can have it installed.
I'll have to call around to see what shop can do the ball flange and flex pipe, if not I'll have order those online too and just take them to get welded in.

Under the advice of @Boostking I changed out my HPFP, at 142k miles it made sense too.

The hpfp has been updated and requires 2 new bolts. $174 for the pump and $6 for the two bolts.
Truck runs way smoother now!

Also had my exhaust done, been on for about 2 weeks now.
Its super quiet. At idle it has the slightest bit of pop to it and you can tell its there under acceleration, but just barely.
Under cruise condition its as quiet as stock.
