And a 3.7L Transit 350

It’s just not an Ecoboost so I was confirming OP’s comment.

Don't know if this is relevant to the non-EcoBoost brother engines but I've read that some of the early EBs have had problems with the back of the fuse block/wiring melting. This is information on this site about modifications to the wiring harness being required to remedy that problem.
