I'd actually like a 20teens Ranger reg cab with 2.3 5 speed manual for a runabout pickup.

Did you get a decent price for your f150? Do you know what state it went to and what new owner plans to do with it?

Does yoru ranger have egr? I would really like a like 2000s ranger with new 2.3 and 10 speed. The new ranger is the size of older f150s and new f150s are even bigger.

I got the best price I was offered on the truck for trade-in on the ranger. Not sure which state or auction it went too unfortunately. They weren't going to make money on it so they said it'll go straight to auction.

Unfortunately it does have an egr system on it. The 2.3 and the 10 speed is a fantastic combo do daily driving and getting around town. The same scenario with the ranger can be found in the Tacoma. The old tundras were the basis of the Gen 2 Tacomas. Just the circle of life it seems

I bought my house 5 years ago for $330k. They are telling me it is worth 650-720k.

Crazy, pretty much exactly same numbers for us now, bought in 2016 for $335k and now worth $685k

same thing with our last house, Had a crazy amount of equity that we used to put down on this house
