A lot of good threads have been started about exhaust systems within this forum. Most with b/f and after soiund videos. Hopefully one of them will help find the right system for you.

As long as you understand that Loud, doesn't necessarily equate to nice sounding exhaust. It can be difficult to get any V6 to have a nice sounding exhaust, then toss in that the V6 is running a turbo setup it becomes even more difficult to get a nice sound. That is unless you like the sound of those import buzzing cans.

That is why I am leaning toward A Roush SVT Raptor, instead of pouring all my money into a EcoBoost V6 because it just doesn't have the Rumble I want...

And it never will.

I weighed the exhaust sound dilemma between the 5.0 V8 and the Ecoboost myself pretty hard. I chose the new tech Ecoboost over the proven performance of the 5.0 in the end. All it took was the test drive and towing performance expectations to make up my mind.
I had also driven the 6.2 V8 in an F250, and was not impressed at all with the HP/TQ delivery of the powertrain. The 6.2 made picking the Ecoboost an easy call.

However there is a pretty good supply of aftermarket parts that can be thrown at the 6.2 if faster n meaner is what your after.
