I have a 2011 3.5 and currently have 468k miles. Have had cam phaser noise for probably at least 250k miles. Truck runs fine, no codes. At this point see no reason to spend $3k on cam phasers. In fact still have original turbos.

Same story as you, but only have 330k on my 2012 3.5
