will the blade runner effect the warranty

Anything not original can possibly affect the warranty. It all depends on the dealer. The bladerunner is a very common mod.

really that common , is it worth doing with out the cat back
i will more then likely get the cold air with in the first year of getting my new truck
but the reast may depond on what the guys at the service counter tell me
