“Famous last words” this is really funny right about now.

CRP emailed yesterday and want me to test their stage 5s. Gave me an offer I can’t resist, and while I like helping out anyone I can, like Turbobay, CRP makes superior products because they test, and they engineer around this platform. Keep your eyes peeled for the stage 5s coming in about 3 weeks. Till then Adam will get these Turbobay’s running to see what they can do.

Hahaha wow. Ya’ll are hilarious. To be fair I would not be changing the turbos again if CRP didn’t tell me they’d give me the stage 5s for almost free.

Matt has a case of the disease about as strong as I've ever seen. I just wish he had his own shop/lift/roll-around/etc, so it was easier for him to scratch the unbearable itch.

Fully equipped with lights & cameras so he could go full on with his channel as well. 😁

Hahaha, yeah that would be sweet. It feels like it’s beyond a disease at this point tho. I mean now I’m testing stuff for CRP, a dream come true, and it’s expensive stuff that’s almost totally free.

They spool pretty darn fast. I’d say just as fast if not maybe faster than the stage 4s. It’s too hard to tell, but that says they aren’t much slower for sure.

That’s my guess. What’s interesting is that Adam said they don’t flow anything more than the Stage 4 CRPs. He said they were no better and no worse. That didn’t really surprise me. CRPs turbines are superior, the classic 8 blade and 9 blade designs that ford uses, Garrett uses, and big oem companies use are the best design out there for this platform.

I don’t know how much power, but stock turbos on stock tune flowed 45 lb/min. Now I’m at 69 lb/min on the big turbos.

69 lbs/min - up here no less - is truly insane.
Is this on pump 91 or an E-blend?
